November 6, 2023 -- Aberdeen, MD -- The Copperheads 12U team went 5-0, to defeat 17 other teams and win a coveted Ripken Experience tournament. The team had a combined 57 hits and 51 RBIs across their 5 games. Players of the game included Hayes Vaughan, Asher Sequiera, James Owen, Kellan McCormack, and Evan Toman. Hayes Vaughan was the Tournament MVP. Congrats Copperheads!

October 29, 2023 -- Aberdeen, MD -- The Copperheads 10U team went 4-1, to defeat 9 other teams and win the coveted Ripken Experience Halloween tournament. Congrats Copperheads!
May 30, 2023 - 11Us Win Gameday Kyle's Kamp Tournament
May 30, 2023 -- Vienna, VA -- The Copperheads 11U team went 5-0, giving up only 2 runs, while scoring 47 en route to sweeping the Kyle's Kamp tournament. They beat the Primetime Aces, VA Bombers, Mount Vernon Patriots, Clifton Express, and Prince William Cardinals on the path to the championship. The team held their competition to a .160 batting average, giving up 15 hits on 93 batters faced, with only 4 walks granted the entire tournament. The team had 33 hits and exceptional baserunning. Congrats Copperheads!

Nov 6, 2022 -- Falls Church, VA -- The 10Us swept the Shenandoah Sluggers 17-3 and 10-4 to cap off their season. The first game saw Aidan I. with the hot bat, going 3 for 4, with 3 RBIs and a double. Stanley L. and Graeme D. also notched multiple hits. Stanley L. was the winning pitcher in relief.
Aidan I.'s bat stayed hot through the second game, again going 3 for 4, with two additional RBIs. Graeme, Mikey, and Bryce also had multiple hit days. Anthony V. logged the win on the mound.
Nov 5, 2022 - 11U Claims Lead in Fourth to Defeat Potomac Riverdogs
Nov 5, 2022 -- Aldie, VA -- FCCH 11U ran off with the lead late in the game in an 11-8 victory over Potomac Riverdogs 11U on Saturday. FCCH 11U was down 5-4 in the top of the fourth inning when Davis N singled on a 0-1 count, scoring two runs.
The base paths were crowded in this high-scoring game. FCCH 11U collected nine hits and Potomac Riverdogs 11U had eight.
FCCH 11U opened up scoring in the first inning, when Landon T singled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring one run.
In the bottom of the second inning, Potomac Riverdogs 11U tied things up at three when Harrison C induced Kieran M to hit into a fielder's choice, but one run scored.
After FCCH 11U scored one run in the top of the sixth, Potomac Riverdogs 11U answered with one of their own. FCCH 11U scored when Evan T was hit by a pitch, driving in a run. Potomac Riverdogs 11U then answered when Kieran singled on a 1-2 count, scoring one run.
FCCH 11U took the lead for good with six runs in the fourth inning. In the fourth Michael D's sac fly scored one run for FCCH 11U, John F grounded out, scoring one run, James O tripled on a 1-0 count, scoring one run, and FCCH 11U scored on a stolen base during Luca P's at bat. Then Luca singled.
Asher S led the FCCH 11U to victory on the hill. Asher lasted three and two-thirds innings, allowing six hits and five runs while striking out four. Luca threw one-third of an inning in relief out of the bullpen.
Gavin C was on the mound for Potomac Riverdogs 11U. The bulldog went one inning, allowing three runs on three hits, striking out two and walking one.
Harrison started the game for FCCH 11U. Harrison allowed two hits and three runs over two innings, striking out two. John led FCCH 11U with two hits in three at bats.
Oct 30, 2022 - 12Us Sweep BCC Big Train Navy
Nov 6, 2022 -- Falls Church, VA -- The 12Us swept BCC Big Train Navy 7-8 and 11-5 in their doubleheader. The first game saw Aiden O with 5 RBIs to seal the victory, driving in runs on a double in the third and another double in the sixth. The Copperheads earned the victory despite allowing Big Train to score 5 runs in the fifth. Teddy G. also had multiple hits. Ethan V. was the winning pitcher.
The second game was far more manageable for the Copperheads. Aidan O. was on the mound, allowing six hits and three runs over four innings. Ethan V. went 3 for 4, with 2 RBIs. Aidan O. had 3 RBIs, and Flynn S. had 2 hits with 2 RBIs, as well.
